Return and Refund Policy
Digital Dropkick, LLC stands behind our work, if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied - we will refund your money as long as the same issue presents/persists within 2 weeks of the original repair. Each refund is dealt with on a case by case basis and we would like the opportunity to repair the issue once more before a refund is issued. Please just let us know what is going on as soon as possible for expedited services. Thank you! - Most repair job includes a $75-$100 Labor fee - depending on the device - Network/Pen testing/OSINT Jobs are Hourly. OSINT Investigation down payment is non refundable and will be discussed before taking on the job.
