The majority of parts are sourced from Amazon if we don't already have them in stock - They are delivered next day the majority of the time. If you want Apple Certified/Samsung Certified Parts, we can most definitely make that happen for you, but the price of the parts will be much higher. This is your decision and I will offer both options with every repair.
Labor will never exceed $75 unless the job takes over 4 hours, at that time it will increase to $100. Labor will never exceed $100 on any device. Most repair work takes appx. 1 hour and we will always let you know up front and ahead of time if we believe the repair will reach $100 for labor. No surprises.
